3. Returns that do not adhere to rules 1 and 2 MAY be given a partial refund depending on product condition and return timing.

4. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your product has arrived damaged from Shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we may choose to provide a pre-paid return label or send a replacement item.

Great item

I didn't know they made this! It's very helpful for sterilizing a multitude of lids at one time. Just stack them on and put them in the boiling water. The long handle means you won't be burnt when retrieving the lids. Then leave them in the rack and grab with a canning magnet and you have sanitary canning.

It makes it easy to remove single lid from boiling water.

Not worth the time and effort

This product is great for what it's designed for. Call me old school it's easier for me to just do the life into hot water to wait for me then to take the time too fill these n take up all that extra room in the pan. These were a hard no for me personally.
