Measure Temperature & Time

The Escali Touch Screen Thermometer and Timer feature an oven safe stainless steel probe and braided steal cord. The easy-to-clean touch sensitive controls are located on the extra-large backlit display. Set a custom temperature alert or choose from a library of suggested internal cooking temperatures for beef, pork, chicken, turkey, veal, lamb, ham and fish. The included timer function will count up or down and recall previous timers with the press of a button.

Preset Target Cooking Temperatures

Temperature alerts for varying levels of doneness are stored in the thermometer for beef, pork, chicken, turkey, veal, lamb, hamburger and fish.

Set a custom temperature alert and the thermometer will notify you when your food is done cooking.

Oven Safe Probe

4. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your product has arrived damaged from Shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we may choose to provide a pre-paid return label or send a replacement item.

Digital Probe thermometer

I'm not much of a cook and seem to either get meat too done or not done enough. Since I started using this probe, I can set it for the meat I'm cooking and it lets me know when its done. The probe wire doesn't keep you from shutting the oven door or the grill. My husband loves using it when he grills because he doesn't have to keep opening the grill to find out if the mean is done.

Awesome product - Upped my cooking game

Not gonna lie folks. As a dad who grills, my smoked meat game was lacking. I would never be able to get my core temp up to the level it should be, and those little hand held ones would never do the job. I've had 3 perfect pork shoulders and an amazing brisket because I now know when the temp is perfect across the board.
