More marinates needed

I disliked the fact that about half the book is rehydrated recipes. I know what I want to make with dehydrated food. I just wanted more information on different ways, marinates, etc. , to use the dehydration system. I liked the the ones I saw in the book but wanted more suggestions not finished recipes.
