I have had this pan for a few months and so far nothing sticks to it. The ceramic coating is super easy to clean, much easier than the traditional nonstick pans. I just bought a 2nd one.
The perfect accessory for our RV oven. Now I can brown rolls, pizza, bread, etc.
Great alternative to the pizza stone!
The first use was to par-bake some pizza crusts for later use.
It was a hot and humid day and it was a treat not to crank up the oven and wait an additional ½hour for the stone to come to temperature.
The pan produced perfectly par-baked pizza crusts (oven set at 350 degrees F) in 11 minutes.
Yesterday we cooked a fully loaded 12 inch pizza (Alfredo Sauce, chicken, roasted garlic, spinach, green onion, artichoke hearts and double cheese) in the pan (oven set at 450 degrees F) and the crust did not "wimp out".
The pan cleans easily with a dish rag, warm water and a few drops of dawn.
Works great, super easy to clean no matter what I've cooked on it.
Finally I can get a crisp crust on my pizza. Also very easy to clean.
