Full of info, ideas, and recipes.
Fun AND practical. I'm enjoying this book.

Good book with lots of recipes

This has clear instructions (with pictures!) of all types of fermenting and has lots of different recipes to try. There is a section with step by step, then each recipe references which method is used. There is info about the science behind fermenting, tools of the trade, and even interesting ways to incorporate it into your diet (besides just the kraut on a dog type stuff) I really like it. Have one batch in the works already.

Long time fermenter looking for some new ideas. This book is loaded with some great recipes. I have 2 crocks bubbling away and several recipes waiting to be tried.
