Missing plate

I received my potato ricer today, I love it. I was supposed to receive 2 plates, one coarse and the other one fine. I am missing the coarse plate. Is there a way to get the missing plate? Thank you

Decent ricer. Slightly struggles more than metal version.

I enjoy the exchangeable plates, but this plastic ricer takes a little more umph to push fully cooked potatoes through. It’s a solid deal for the price, and the different plates.

Need strength

I ordered this RSVP potato ricer because I saw it on America’s test kitchen.
I used it last night for the first time with potatoes I boiled sliced with the skin on
Unfortunately it didn’t dawn on me that when I was racing the potatoes the skin would clog up the holes. So don’t do that!
It is quite large and the problem is when you fill it with potatoes you didn’t have to use both hands to squeeze in order to push the potatoes through the holes and this seemed clunky to me.
Once you’ve gotten the handles close enough together then you can squeeze them with two hands but you had better have strength.
Overall, this was my first potato ricer so I can’t compare it but it seems sturdy and as far as easy to clean I don’t agree that it’s easy, because of my potato skin issue. Also changing the type of holes in the plate was not the way they described it in the directions. You really just pop it out

Take the skin off

This works great, I just wish someone had told me it works better if you take the skin off of the potato first. Live and learn.
