Used this pan today for banana nut bread and what a nice pan. Holds a steady heat all around, bread a lovely color when done and seemed to cook quicker than other pans (so watch out for that). Did not burn around the edges as some pans do and released to cool easily after 5 minutes. Highly Recommend!
Great cookware and very well made
I made a turkey meat loaf for dinner tonight and this loaf pan made it easy to cook... and also easy to clean! What’s better than that! The meatloaf came out perfect, it was easy to get to (and eat) the caramelized sauce bits, and then clean the pan for the next recipe.
My bread turned out fine; I'm just hoping the scratches don't rust.
Size and weight was great. Baked several items for Thanksgiving and nothing stuck to the pan.
