Walnut OR Birch handled large Ulu and quality 8 Inch chopping bowl. Reverse side of bowl can be used as cutting board with standard knives. 

This kit contains everything you need to start slicing, dicing, and mincing. The chopping bowl, ULU knife, and stand for your knife to be showcased are all included. Made at a small facility in Alaska.
