We are using less plastic and less foil now with this.
Does all it claims to do. We’re trying to be very conscientious of our use of foil and plastic wrap. These covers are terrific substitutions and should last for years. That, hopefully, cuts down on what goes into the landfill. With prices on household products going up the lid should pay for itself quite quickly.
We use it to cover baking dishes for storing in the fridge. Prefer it to buying disposable wrap. It’s durable.
I bought my first Charles Viancin lids when, to my horror, I discovered my cat had been sticking her paw into the glass of water that I have by my bedside at night, and then licking it and repeating! I've lost count of how many I have in my collection now, but I use them all the time. For hot, for cold, for protecting my Belgium waffle batter overnight from any creepy crawlies, for refrigerating the left over biryani and curries that we bring home after curbside pickup these days, for sharing a salad I'm taking to a potluck back when we had potlucks. You'll find a zillion uses for them. And, they make great gifts, too.
Great design! Work perfectly and so cute!
