3. Returns that do not adhere to rules 1 and 2 MAY be given a partial refund depending on product condition and return timing.

4. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your product has arrived damaged from Shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we may choose to provide a pre-paid return label or send a replacement item.

A warm and cozy dessert tea, no sweetener, but mildly hinting of apple pie. Not tart. Roasted chicory undertone. Lovely in the evening after dinner with no caffeine. A little more pricey than other brands, but I enjoy the subtle difference in the flavor. Other brands become too acidic when trying to capture the apple flavor.

Very tasty tea and not too much spice like a traditional chai tea. The apple pie spices are just right. I drink mine with honey.

Solid taste but not for everyone

I've tried a lot of teas from this vendor and picked this one up on a whim... but as we all know taste (and smell) is subjective. I loved this tea - everything from the smell to the taste, to being able to pour in a second service of water and it still retain that smell and taste.However... While my wife enjoyed many of the same aspects of this tea I did, I've had guests over who didn't like the smell at all and some who didn't like the taste.I think this is a solid tea that meets my need for variety in switching between different flavors during the winter. It's not another Cinnamon (though I really like several of those) or the holiday "red hot" etc. It's something different and I enjoy that... I just recognize it also isn't for everyone.
