How many quarts fit in the 930 pressure canner 30 qt?

Approximately 14 regular quart jars or 19 pint jars will fit in this 30qt jar canner. (Results may vary with different brands or shapes of jars)

How do I clean my aluminum canning pot?

Soap and warm water work fine as cleaning agents. You can also use aluminum cleaner, or steel-wool soap pads.

Do I need to get my pressure gauge tested or reset?

The pressure gauge is accurate up to 2 psi and could be tested yearly. The rattle gauge won't ever need to be tested, and is much more reliable.

What is the difference between All American stove pressure cookers and Presto pressure cookers?

The largest difference is in the lids. Presto uses gaskets which need replaced yearly to seal the lid while All American uses metal-to-metal sealing which is much more durable. All American canners also pressurize three times as fast, and depressurize faster than corresponding Presto steam canners.
