4. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your product has arrived damaged from Shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we may choose to provide a pre-paid return label or send a replacement item.

I go through these so much because I daily use freshly squeezed lemon juice in my drinking water. This model seems more sturdier and the top is more secure.

I like the concept but it’s so small that it’s actually kind of hard to work with. I absolutely cut up all of my knuckles trying to spin the lemon around and kept hitting sharp edges. Will continue to use but wouldn’t buy it again
