We ship all orders from our store in Muskegon, Michigan. Most products ship out within 1-2 business days from purchase. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Orders over $49 ship free. Orders less than $49 have a shipping and handling charge of $4.99 to help cover some of the cost of packaging and shipping. This allows us to continue offering low priced products at a reasonable price.

Returns -

We're simple people, so we try to keep our policies simple. We realize that not everything purchased is a winner, and so returns do happen. Here are the simple rules for a return:

1. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

2. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

3. Returns that do not adhere to rules 1 and 2 MAY be given a partial refund depending on product condition and return timing.

4. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your product has arrived damaged from Shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we may choose to provide a pre-paid return label or send a replacement item.

Norpro Just the Right Amount for a Days Worth of Tea

Excellent product. I'll make a tea cozy to keep it warmer through out the day much better than microwaving water multiple times. It makes the perfect amount of tea for me to last the day. It says 6 cup but is closer to 4 - 5 cups. I put in 4 teaspoons of loose tea and it works perfect. The tea basket is very nice without a lot of crevices to catch the tea leaves. For the frugal minded - put the basket in a cup and refrigerate and use them the next day.

This is my favorite teapot. When I broke the first one, I was devastate I realized I could buy another one (the firs a gift). It makes lots of tea and I know just how much I have left. Great size.

My New Favorite Teapot

So easy to make a pot of tea without having to search for the little tea ball! It has a mesh basket that sits inside the pot, that you simply lift out after you have steeped your tea. The glass lets you see how deep the color of your tea is getting. This was a really great price for a perfect cup of tea!

Perfect Tea Brewer

This is an absolutely perfect tea brewer. I'm not a hot tea drinker, but I can increase the amount of tea in the basked and make a base for iced tea. I've made pomegranate tea so far and am looking forward to trying the Twinings Orange Bliss and Warm Spice teas. I might try drinking the warm spice hot--who knows, I may become a convert to hot tea!!
