Great buy

Wish it was longer but work great

Accurate! Excellent! And can track lower chocolate temperatures!

This thermometer also tracks temps down to 20 C which is chocolate melting temps.

And now, if you'll excuse me, I have Belgian style dark chocolate truffles to make :-)

Easy to use

It is very easy to use.

Effective and Easy to Use

Thermometer is easy to use. It is not too heavy and it is NOT flimsy. I also like the blue color in the liquid: it is easier to read than red. I also like that the temperatures start well below 100. I use this a lot for making bread, and I need to know if something is in the 80s or 90s which I can easily tell with this thermometer. My other thermometer started at 100 so I had to estimate. I would recommend this to anyone needing this type of thermometer.

Works well.

It works perfectly fine, but it's a bit hard to read occasionally.
